SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping: $10 AUD Australia-wide
  • Express postage: $15 AUD Australia-wide
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched within up to 3 business days of purchase
  • Dispatch times may be longer during launches, sales periods, or public holidays

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post service levels. Once dispatched, delivery is outside of our control.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility for delivery lies with them. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.

Authority to Leave

If you select “Authority to Leave,” delivery is made at your own risk. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered and subsequently lost or stolen.

Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, returns for store credit are available.

  • Store credit may be requested within 14 days of receiving your item
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • No exchanges are offered

Return Approval Process

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return
  • If approved, you must return the item within 7 days of approval
  • Returns must be sent with tracked shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for items that are faulty or not as described. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with ACL requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned outside the specified timeframes
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned without approval
  • Sale items
