PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1:1 coaching means I'm completely involved in your training and your mindset. Weekly check-ins, technique guidance, and direct access between sessions.
Sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or one hour — whatever your schedule demands. In-person pad work at Revolution Boxing and Combatives, Toowoomba. Between sessions, you have direct access via phone or social.
Spots stay limited so the work stays sharp.
